An AI service may change materially without changing its name. New connectors, processing locations or action permissions can alter the assumptions behind procurement.

Define which changes need notice and reassessment. Separate the notification date, testing window and production release. Keep a concise record of the affected workflow, approval and rollback option. These are proposed contract and governance controls; the precise rights depend on the agreed terms and applicable law.
