Scope assessment
Whether the systems you use or build fall within the EU AI Act, and in which risk category.
We guide companies serving the EU market on the EU AI Act, and companies in Türkiye on personal data protection rules.
The EU AI Act is in force and its obligations apply in stages. Amendments adopted in June 2026 postponed the obligations for high-risk systems; that delay is a window to prepare, not a reason to wait.
In Türkiye, AI use is currently assessed mainly through data protection, confidentiality and employment rules. The Personal Data Protection Authority’s guidance on generative AI is an important starting point. We also follow the work on AI-specific legislation closely.
