We represent clients in mandatory and voluntary mediation. Before meetings, we prepare by considering the subject of the dispute, relevant documents and the client's assessment.
We attend mediation meetings and review the proposals and documents discussed during the process with our client. We consider the legal and commercial aspects of discussions in the circumstances of the case.
We review the documents prepared during the process and any settlement agreement. The firm's founding partner, Turgut Tural, is also a mediator.
