Arbitration.

We represent clients in domestic and international arbitration. We assess the dispute in the context of the arbitration agreement, relevant contracts and the circumstances of the case.

We work on the preparation, pleadings and documentation required for arbitration proceedings. We track the case and coordinate the flow of information and documents with the client's relevant teams.

We keep clients informed about the stages of the arbitration process. We conduct this work with the firm's Arbitration Law Department.
