Review one live journey from the first field to submission. Record when the notice appears, whether optional fields are truly optional and where the submitted data goes.

Compare that journey with the stated purposes, legal basis, recipients and rights. Our recommendation is to fix the product as well as the text where needed. Adding longer wording will not resolve a field or timing mismatch. Recheck the released version, not only the design file.
