Executive summary

Bring orders, delivery records, invoices and correspondence into one chronology. For each entry record the date, source document and unresolved question, separating verified events from recollection.

Limit circulation of personal information in the working file. A chronology supports legal assessment but does not replace it. Its value is practical: the team can identify disagreements and missing evidence without reconstructing the entire relationship from memory at every meeting.
