Executive summary
A request may arrive through customer services, a store or an outdated mailbox. Build a routing process that recognises potential data requests and records their receipt.
The Turkish authority states that qualifying requests must be resolved as soon as possible and within thirty days. Assess method, identity and scope without collecting unnecessary additional data. Test the process with a former customer, a former employee and a claimed representative.
