Why a data-processing annex needs an early start

Executive summary

Prepare the annex against a real support scenario: which screens the supplier can access, whether files are downloaded, and what remains when a ticket closes.

Specify data categories, affected individuals, duration, subprocessors and exit handling. Broad expressions such as “all necessary data” do little to clarify scope. Keep the agreed service map with the signed contract so that later changes can be assessed against a clear baseline.
