Ali Yiğin is a retired labour court judge with more than 20 years on the bench at first-instance and regional appellate level. He contributes to the firm’s employment practice as Of Counsel.
He tests employer decisions and litigation strategy against the standards and evidential approach courts actually apply, and advises on employment contracts, termination and reinstatement, severance and notice pay, employee receivables and collective agreement disputes.
