Mustafa Babacan.
Managing Attorney, Head of Compliance and Regulatory
Mustafa Babacan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2023 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in the same year. He continues the economics studies he began at Istanbul University in 2020.
He leads the firm’s compliance and regulatory team. His work covers data protection, AI compliance, contract negotiations and corporate training programmes, as well as commercial property and lease disputes. He is a member of the Turkish Sailing Federation.
